All products are shipped the next business day and are sent via UPS or USPS Ground services.
Most packages arrive within 10 days.

Returns-

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you ordered it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have your order number and send it with the item(s).

Note: Our promotional FREE SHIPPING is only for customer who keep their item(s) If you request a refund, you will be responsible to ship the item(s) back to us at your expense, you also will not be refunded for the cost of shipping the item(s) to you. Your refund will be the original cost of the item(s) ordered minus the cost of shipping the item(s) to you.

Shipping-

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds-

  • Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting.
  • If you return is approved, we will then initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Damaged-

  • All items that leave our warehouse have been inspected and approved to send out. We ship them to you in good faith that you will be careful when unpacking and handling your item(s). In the case that an item has been damaged for whatever reason please contact us so we can help to resolve the situation. If we agree to a refund shipping cost will be the responsibility of the consumer and will be treated as a returned item as listed above under “Refunds”, if a replacement is requested and approved, we will ship the new item(s) to you at no additional charge.
