  • All items that leave our warehouse have been inspected and approved to send out. We ship them to you in good faith that you will be careful when unpacking and handling your item(s). In the case that an item has been damaged for whatever reason please contact us so we can help to resolve the situation. If we agree to a refund shipping cost will be the responsibility of the consumer and will be treated as a returned item as listed above under “Refunds”, if a replacement is requested and approved, we will ship the new item(s) to you at no additional charge.
